Control systems can be manual, electric or hydraulic, with local push-button panels and limit switches for safe operation. Our engineering team can also prepare 3D/2D integration drawings for your yard package and coordinate with the class surveyor throughout the approval process.
Compliance & Testing
Veta Gemi products undergo rigorous quality control. Ladders are produced under ISO 9001 and environmental ISO 14001 management systems, inspected by class when required, and proof-loaded in accordance with SOLAS, ISO 5488and relevant DNV/BV/LR/RINA rules. Welding is performed by certified welders; critical joints are verified by NDT. Final factory acceptance tests cover dimensional accuracy, load capacity, handrail integrity, anti-slip performanceand corrosion protection.
